My A50 not connecting with laptop for data sharing .only charging

Once you connect, in the notification section you can change the connection type. Try doing that.

in that case, connect ur phone to laptop and go to apps in phone, in search bar type usb and try clearing data. Restart phone and try connecting again .

when you connect to your laptop, a notification panel popup in your phone, go into that and select device only then allow data
