Looks samsung idiots not giving any updates to A50s.... with my phone i am struggling a lot. Very bad one UI optimisation.... noticed always lags opening any applications. Charging time more than two hours and i waste my amount of 23k for this useless dabba phone. Guys please don't buy samsung lower and middle range phones. I bet you can try other models and you will agree with me.

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve issue:

>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).

> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

> Check for the latest device update ( Menu > Settings > Software Update > Check for update).

> Please follow the standard charging procedure (i.e. charge a fully discharge battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 minutes).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
