A50's sound issue,video recorder issue

when samsung will send the fix for a50's sound issue,video recorder issue.? 

Did samsung sent the android 10 update so that it can create issues on device and service centre will ask to change the motherboard itself which costs nearly half of the phone's price.  ?? 

Samsung should sent fix for this issue or arrange replacement for faulty devices.

Suggestion: 

1.Get the updates tested thoroughly, one bug will leads to many customer loss

2. Recall the faulty a50 devices

3. Send the android 11 updates first on the affected devices first, may be it can fix the issue?

what sound and video recorder issues ? I don't have any issues in my A50 except slow charging

there is no sound output from device, sound only works for Bluetooth headphones.
screen freezes when u switch to video recorder and tap on record button
videos use to get play in fast forward

did you update your phone with wifi or data? if yes, then go to service centre and re flash the firmware. or you might do a reset. and also you can try clearing the cache and data of camera

after re-flashing, everything was fine for 1-2 days
after that, the same problem started again and upon switching off and on use to solve the problem but after 2-3 days that solution wasn't working..

some times after hard resetting it use to play sound but after 5 minutes again sound output doesn't work.. also from headphone Jack it doesn't work. it's frustrating..specially when u leaves in village

so, it might be a hardware problem. go to an authorized service centre and check up your device.

they told IC and speaker both are fine
