In my 1.5 years of using I didn't face any heating issue in A50 mobile but I noticed that after last January update, it's seems over heating even mobile data and WiFi both are off, sometimes I afraid of bursting, heat is like that only.

I reset my mobile too but it still have heating issue.
Top of backside is part of heating too much. (Near camera module side )
Hands feels the heat for few minutes even after I put my mobile down

settings-apps-camera- clear cache & reset its settings and app preferences then check if it resolves your issue..

Try these steps for resolving heating issues:

A) Bro First Clear Cache Partition of your phone..Always do it after every update .

1. Turn off your phone ...Connect your phone to laptop/pc with a type-c cable.

2. Press Volume up and power button (also press bixby button if present) at the same time .
3. Keep it pressed until samsung logo appears on your phone.
4. Then a list of your options will come on your phone..
Go to Clear Cache Partition option by navigating through volume buttons.
5. After selecting Clear Cache Partition option, then click power button once.
6. Once Cache is cleared you will be taken to first option..Then again click power button to restart the phone.

B) If other built in apps are also lagging then,Restart your device in safe mode once and check your device for the issue.
you can enter safe mode by long pressing On power off menu.

C) If possible and if the above steps do not work for you...do a factory reset.

Bro Always FACTORY RESET your phone after every update .

1. Turn off your phone ...Connect your phone to laptop/pc with a type-c cable.
2. Press Volume up and power button (also press bixby button if present) at the same time .
3. Keep it pressed until samsung logo appears on your phone.
4. Then a list of your options will come on your phone..
Go to FACTORY RESET option by navigating through volume buttons.
5. After selecting Factory Reset option, then click power button once.
6. Once Reset is done you will be taken to first option..Then again click power button to restart the phone.

Don't worry bro,Bugs usually arise after any major update and cause performance issues.
Keep cleaning Cache of apps frequently..like after every 2 or 3 days..this will prevent your phone from heating issues .

Now, If it helped you with your problem you can accept it as solution by clicking on the 3 dots at my comment. 😊

your phone gets heated up near the camera portion, then it is normal for your battery. It usually happens to remove the heat out from the phone. But it should not heat very much .

And if it gets heated up near the lower side of the phone or even near the battery side of your phone I.e. slightly above the charging port, then It is a sign of concern.
Leave the phone immediately if you see heating near that section. let it cool down for few seconds.

But normally phone gets heated up while playing games.

So I would suggest you to remove the backcover of your phone to let the heat gets removed out of your phone.,while gaming.

And also keep the brightness as low as possible.,because it is also a major reason behind heating up the device.

If you see that your phone is getting very heated even while using normal apps .,then don't ignore this. First report it here in the community. Then take appropriate actions.

It is normal if It gets heated after continuously using for hours..
but if it gets heated up within minutes, then it should not happen.

yes it rise within few minutes, when I disabled all data connectivity and not in use means it will normalised after a hour.

my doubt is why the camera module is heating, if bottom means battery issue

Then goa and check your phone in the service center once .. As normally phone gets heated up after using it for hours ..but it also depends on brightness level.

How is the battery backup ?
How much SOT do you get in single charge?
