A50 message pop ups don’t work anymore !

I purchased an A50 recently and was very pleased with it until I installed android 10 update a few days ago, one of the reasons I purchased the A50 was that it supported message pop ups so you can review messages with unlocking the phone, the new update doesn’t seem to support that, very annoying, why have you done this Samsung ?

I have got smart view, but you still have to open phone to use it, I used to get a pop up window with preview of message from WhatsApp, gmail etc without opening phone.

see my second screenshot....it's view in details only by MESSAGE popup....without unlock device.....I am using it in android 10 then how you couldn't
