A50 january update fails. Fingerprint issue not solved.

only fingerprint isn't a problem, there are many problems in the phone.(like battery backup, network connectivity, pictures quality etc.) this problematic phone. I am very disappointed after using this phone. don't buy samsung phone.its worthless.

i do wipe data/factory reset, this works with protection glass, i did it yesterday, my fingerprint is fine like new phone

iam even not able to register my fingerprint
