A50 heating issue

Phone heats a lot while charging or not charging. This is a serious issue.. Need to be addrsssed

while charging it will heat because you are using a fast charger ..

My Samsung galaxy A50  has heating and battery draining issues...it is heating in normal usage and while gaming is heating very much on camera side. I am sweating while playing games becoz of this..and after the SMART VIEW UPDATE battery is also draining very fast..it is draining without using ...And I want yo make clear that I m very caring person with my phones so I always closes data and other features and apps when they are not in use..I have no third party battery or phone cleaing app..I dont play games too much still these problems are occuring..when gaming it starts heating just after opening pubg and continues heating till game ends..i cant use it in direct sunlight for taking pictures or doing other stuffs it heats very much in sunlight and when there is heating issue battery draining issue is also there...

As samsung won the consumer focused company award I am expecting that samsung will hear us anx fix these issues in next update. I am Samsung user from past my previous phone was samsung galaxy j5  so I bought this device over redmi note7 pro just because of it has good gaming performance but now my opinions are changed so please if you want to make your customers trust you please resolve these issues..and please check this video also here you will know that this is not a single person problem this us many person's problem...I hope you will fix it soon..

Yes my a50 also has the same problems as above Samsung should do something about this...

Disabling Face Unlock can help (to some extent) but still even after this my device is warm
