A50 fingerprint problem

Why A50 fingerprint does not recognize dry fingers. Any user have such type problem pls comment below and also write suggestions.

same issue here dry finger not working but finger lite wet properly working

use face unlock instead it is very fast now.... also turn off stay on screen and enable lift to wake in advanced features

bro that is an alternative but Face unlock is not so secure. Moreover here the issue is fingerprint scanner which should work in all conditions

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

Reregister the Finger Print: Settings> Biometric and security> Fingerprint > Continue> Set a screen

lock method> Continue> Set a screen lock> Register Fingerprint

We recommend customers to use only Samsung approved Screen protector.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
