Getting this error while registering fingerprint after august update. Tried without screen protector and also done the hard reset but still facing the issue. Any solution for this?

you can check after factory reset it may solve no any other options

if you not yet done then try once
go to settings >apps>click on 3DOT at right corner >choose show system app >search for "biometric....." thrn option will appear click on it >storage >clear cache and data.
restart your device then try

and as i can see in the message it says register after removing tempered glass, so u can try once

if done all the thing not done go to service center reinstall software after your problem slove

its not a software glitch, cause i didnt find this type of problem. i have registered my fingerprint with tempered glass on the screen. maybe it happened to u because maybe u didnt update ur phone through smart switch and instead use mobile data or wifi. sometimes updating phone through wifi or mobile data bring software glitch.
