Please try the troubleshooting below before taking the phone to the service center for a software reload.
1. Please open Settings> General Management > Reset > Reset Settings
2. Please perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the power button and volume-down button simultaneously till the device restarts.
*The phone may take a screenshot, but please keep holding the buttons.
If the issue still persists, please backup and perform a factory reset of the phone.
1. Please open Settings > Accounts and Backup > Backup and Restore > Backup Data.
2. Please open Settings> General Management > Reset > Factory reset.
