I conducted the test using a 10w and 15 charger.
Turned of GPS, datax WiFi ,hotspot, Bluetooth, AOD tap to wake in both tests.
Using 10w:

Charged from 44% till 99%.
Charging speed is steady till 88% and reduced till 98% and further reduced after that which is normal.
Time taken to charge 1% is 1.2min((8:40-7:57)/36%) till 80%.

Using 15w:

Charged from 46 to 76%.
Charging speed is steady till 76% and no speed throttling due to heat.
Time taken to charge 1% is 1.33min.(40min/30%)

Summary:
If we assume the phone charged with full 10w using 10w charger then
If       1.2min with 10w
Then 1.3min with 9.2w(calculated using basic math).

Why does the stock charger charges slower then other 10w charger?

Let me know if there are any calculation mistakes. It took me a while to do these tests.

See the graph for 15w. So the threshold is reached before 47% and starts to charge slowly. What? Please show me in the graph where fast charging is enabled and where the threshold is reached and start to charge slowly.

Main point is don't use extension board to plugin your charger to check the fast charging speed of any device.

I didn't mention I used extension board. How does it matter though?

Extension board has higher resistancy during the electron flow as compared to direct socket. So You will get a better charging speed on direct socket as compared to extension board.
