Since few days my fast charging stop working and today it stop charging it connecting disconnecting again and again please help. I check my adapter it working totally fine with other phone.
1st check ur charging port with the led flash of the other phones, i m also getting this problem in my phone, after that i find some short of dust in it, i remove it with the help of sui, now it is working fine,
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.
Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.
