A50 battery charging issue

After update of April there are some bugs while charging its takingmore time and some times it didn't even charge if though the charger is connected please solve it in the next update and also there is one more problem it freeezes some times and restarts sudddlny like this see

It needs face to face analysis. Better to bring it to service center considering that the issue happened after the online update.
