A50- Windows 8 Connecting Error

I want to connect my A50 to Windows 8.1 laptop but my device not recognized by laptop. Some time my A50 device recognize my  Windows PC as MacOs 

Please suggest me some tips to resolve this problem

Install device drivers for A50. To make it simple, just install smart switch and connect the phone. It'll install the drivers for you.

search in chrome your phones compatible usb drive apk

use your mobile in safe mode and connect to pc that will install some of drivers
