A50 Update One UI 3.1 the side effects

Hey All,

I had recieved the update to the new 3.1 verison on 01.04.2021 and I experienced the following issues,

1) When I switch on my camera and click a picture it clicks and few seconds later comes a warning saying camera failed and closes. The photo which was clicked doesnt appear in the gallery.

2) What ever pictures I have had be it camera pictures or other random pictures I can see it it in the gallery folder thumbnails but when i click inside it doesnt show anything. I tried from file manager but it saya no pictures. Even videos I have on my phone just doesnt open either.

This is really sad because ever since the update I am having this trouble. How much ever the new updat looka great my pictures and camera and videos just doesnt work.

Even screenshots I take also dont show up.

Anyone having the same issue. Did you get any remedy to this.

I am a50 user. but i haven't experienced this types of issues after the 3.0 update .instead i have experienced battery drain, overheating and lagging. so did factory reset my phone after doing backup .now all the issues are solved

Im having the same issues after the update. I updated on 5 april, samsung please assist us.

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out.
