A50 Showing Cable charging

My device from past few days is showing cable charging whenever i plug in the charger instead of fast charging and is also charging at slower rate compared to before..

I am using the same adapter and which was given the company itself...

Please suggest me a way to fix it, also it will be helpful if anyone can let me know about what might have caused it...

try to charge with different cable but use only original cable

you have to try at safe mode

i am facing this issue since past few mnths ....tried everything...only charging port replacement is is remaining....hoping tht it will get srtout in nxt updte....are u still able to use otg?

yes, i am able to connect otg but at the same time, i am not able to connect it to laptop..
when i connect it to lappy, it only charges the device rather than being able to transfer or usb tethering...

you should try to buy the fast charging cable from the market there are many types of cable available.

bro,i've bought mivi cable which is supposed to fast enough....
when the mivi cable is connected to other device, the devices shows fast charging, but in my device, it isn't...
