same here bro with samsung m21 , irritating and they have yet not started the pickup service in my area , and in this pandemic going service centre is not safe

Automatic swith off is not a common problem. You should go to service center.

turn off auto restart by going to settings> device care, click on 3dots and you can find auto restart option.
For network problem, reset your network setting. Hope your problem will resolved.
