From last 2 days fingerprint wasn't recognizing. 
So today I removed and tried to register again.but Failed.
I really don't understand what's the problem of Samsung

Make sure your fingers are clean. Many time for moisture our finger doesn't recognize by sensor.
Try with other fingers and check.
If then your problem is not solved connect the customer service.
