Android 10 (February security patch) update is rolling back (degrading) in India due to so many bugs in that. And the Samsung will provide us the new android 10 update with March or April security patch. With no bugs.

this I can't say because the firmware only says roll back and there is no information about updation. But now it will be too soon after degradation
