Hi I am facing an Issue ,when I connect my A50 phone to the 5 ghz band of wifi and the connection drops often, have reset the phone once but to no use, if anyone has any solutions please help me!
I think it is software problem... because i had the same problem in my A51 and after i took it to samsung care.. they reinstalled the software.. now wifi is working well in 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz. i too tried software reset.. it couldn't help
me too... i bought the phone from dubai in january and i went to india in February... i got locked in india for 9 months... because of corona lock down... the problem started in may... i checked in service center and the said that maybe board problem.. it has warranty and if we open here it will cost and warranty will be void.. i came here November and gave it to axiom under warranty... i got third day back with problem solved... they said me that software was corrupted... now it works fine
