A50 2021 update problems. keyboard gone crazy and calls hangup easily if the phone moves from ear.

Texting is impossible after march updates. spacebar is replaced by letter c and v, constant weird autocorrect of punctuation and spaces. Commas on left of spacebar make a period instead of comma. It's a nightmare. ALso my calls get ended after very slight movement of phone from ear/check, like its way too sensitive now. Any ideas, anyone else even have these issues? I loved this phone for 1.5 yrs since I got it. Now it's almost unusable. VERY FRUSTRATED

Does usa sprint locked note20ultra, using in nepal by unlocking carrier will get support from company ota software update or not?after unlocking phone will it get software update and security patch or not ? My mobile model is SM986U,and has it get april security patch update or not ? Please answer my question  i m being  too much confuse
