[A5 2016]network and voice not working

I have dual sim(non jio and jio) in A5 2016.Please help me how to enable and use mobile network on non jio sim and voice on jio sim ?

it cannot be possible as Jio works on 4G network only and Non Jio network cannot be on 4G at same time simultaneously.

When you enable mobile data on Non Jio SIM it will automatically change it to 4g/3g/2g and JIO sim to 3g/2g and As you are aware Jio only have 4g network. So it will not work. I am sorry to disappoint you but you should plan an upgrade with a newer Samsung Device like Note 9 and S9 with Dual SIM DUAL 4g and Volte and Vilte Support. Hope this helps.

can you explain why even 2g/edge network not possible in technical details? Is this software design problem or hardware design problem or its just a restriction provided by samsung to the user to use only jio sim as a network or something else ?

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that Jio network works only in 4G/Volte mode and if the mobile data is being used from any other SIM card, Jio network would not work.
