try clearing cache or reset the app maybe this will help but make a backup of your files before doing that steps.....

It’s unlikely that any Galaxy A5 (A 2016 series) will be updated to Oreo. It was released with Lollipop, and only recently received an upgrade to Nougat. It got two full OS upgrades.
