I have a problem where my Galaxy A36 5G doesn't want to register my fingerprint. It goes to about 20% and doesn't register more than that. I bought the phone end of June and it hasn't worked since I first tried to use it. I ean different diagnostics, updated the software and did a soft restart, but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone else have yhe same problem or some advice?
I owned an a33. Got some difficulty in registering fingerprints, then I learned to move my fingerprint over the sensor, in order for it to register all of my fingerprint. May be it has registered only 20% of your fingerprint, and this is why it stops...
