Samsung Helpline waale kabhi bhi OS ke maalumat nahi dete pehle Samsung members app se OS release date models ke hisaab se list aati thi.
Helpline waale kehte hain aap "Humain is baaray mein koi ilm nahi hai aap Samsung members app dekhte rahain"
