After two years of using my Samsung Galaxy A34, it suddenly turned off.

I took it to the maintenance center. They told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
I was surprised that it only lasted two years before it stopped working. It's disappointing.

Sadly, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy A56, and I hope it lasts more than two years.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy A34. We understand how disappointing it can be when a device stops working unexpectedly, especially after using it for a long period.

Please note that if the service center has diagnosed the issue as a motherboard malfunction, the device may require a motherboard replacement to restore normal functionality. Hardware components can occasionally develop faults over time due to various factors such as usage conditions or internal component failure.

Samsung devices are typically covered by a limited warranty period, during which manufacturing defects may be repaired or parts replaced through authorized service centers. If the device is outside the warranty period, repairs can still be performed, but charges may apply depending on the required parts and service.

We are glad to hear that you have chosen the Galaxy A56, and we hope it provides you with a reliable and satisfying experience. If you encounter any concerns with your new device, we will be happy to assist you.
