My A33 doesn't wanna charge and it's off. What could be the problem and how to resolve it?

It could be your charging pin ...take it to a cellphone repair and see what they can do or you could try and clean it

Have your charging panel replaced...Wear and tear,coupled with foreign objects may corrupt the charging panel over time
