A32 voLte option missing

Why my phone is not showing voLte option I also reset network. Is this phone is not voLte supported or is there any hidden setting. Any one can help

First make sure if it is voLte supported
If it is, then run diagnostic tests

Yes my area and my network is volte supported

Your phone is updated to latest version?

Yes it is updated on 13 version

Then i believe samsung or jazz have removed that option, because many other users are complaining too
