A32 photos and videos compressed when uploading to what'sapp

Good day guys 

I have a A 32 and every time i upload pictures or videos to what'sapp status it compressors then it dont come out nice 

Anybody else experienced it with A32/A32 5G if so any tips to make it better.

Most Photos and Videos loose their quality when they are uploaded on whatsapp.
TO GET BETTER QUALITY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS IN WHATSAPP FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1.Go To WHATSAPP
2.Click the 3 dots & select SETTINGS
3.photo upload quality
4.BEST QUALITY.

1. Tap the 3 dots on the upper right.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Storage and data.

4. Photo upload quality.

5. Tap on the Best quality.
