A32 5G keeps randomly lagging

my samsung galaxy a32 5g keeps randomly lagging i havent installed anything

my phone started randomly lagging 2 days ago but just ignored it

tried rebooting

tried checking for bad apps

ive put my background process limit at 4

ive removed my sd card

ive turned off ram plus (idk if it does anything)

ive checked for updates 

what do i do????

Try to turn on in Safe mode and check the problem still persist

Is there any heat or battery draining issues?

If not do a soft reset first then a hard one if it doesn't help

Also there's a small chance that battery voltage issue exists
But rare

P.s always use smart switch on pc to backup everything on your phone first
