Hy i bought the Galaxy a31 about 3 weeks ago . I now have an issue of it auto re-starting although it is not turned on on general management.  Please help

Try resetting your settings go to:
Settings
General settings
Reset
Reset all settings

Hi recently updated software on my A31 dual sim, i now can't make use of the 1 sim slot. there no option of turning the sim on
