A31 gallery

Hi All

My A31 samsung gallery keeps on stopping.  I had it for a short time then the gallery kept stopping, so I reset the whole phone which made a meal of my work emails.

Now only a month or two later I go to use my gallery and it is topping again.  I have updated, I have reset and I am not sure why it keeps doing this at all.

Can someone please help?

Please try the following troubleshooting: 

1. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

2. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
