A31 choosing chargers and slow charging

My phone can not charge using its origional charger, it accepts other chargers but charges very slow

Try changing the head , use the fast charging ones

Good day, lmoyo please check to see if "Fast Charging" is turned on.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Device care.
4. Select Battery.
5. Select Fast cable charging.

Is "Fast Charging" enabled?
