A31: Fingerprint sensor calibration needed

My Sumsung A31 after a screen replacement at one of the call center in Ongwediva, Namibia 🇳🇦 

Gives an error: Fingerprint sensor calibration needed. If the error persist contact customer service. 

I paid a lot of money for this repair but it seems they are unable to get this problem resolved.

Please help or guide
