A30s Microphone issue on video recording

Hi all. My microphone is not working properly on video recording apps on my A30s. It is working absolutely fine during calls but i am having issues in other apps. Kindly share any solution.

manufacture fault he... claim warranty

secondly u can try updating software but it's better to claim.warranty.

other models like A10s .A20s etc also have this issue.
