I need help.😓😓😓 These days, the photos taken with the back camera are blurred.😞I focused the photo but it was not clear. The top and bottom of the photo are blurred😖😥 
 
Why is that?? 😓😓

Phone care > interactive checks > camara then check your front and back camara if not try to install third party camara application to your phone and check ..Then if there is any error it must be a hardware problem .try to contact customer care center

First clear cache data in the camera app,if it not useful try to clear data in camera app.

Setting~apps~camera~app info~storage~clear cache or clear data

If both are useless try to fix with kalpakothalawa's solution.

2. Clear Camera Cache and Check
3. Clear Camera Files and Check
4. Restart and Check and Check
5. Clear Cache Partition and Check
6. Reset Settings and Check
7. Factory Reset and Check

Do one by one.

If not working all of this, can be a hardware problem. Contact the nearest customer service.
