A30 charging problems

Recently my A30 has either not fast charged or charge at all. It has sporadically done this. It also does charge with other chargers though. 

Is anyone experiencing this with their A30?

With Regard To Fast Charging.. Please Go To Settings > Device Care > Battery > Tap On 3 Dots On Top Right Hand Corner & Check Of "Fast Charging" Is Enabled

Thanks, did try that still unresponsive. Also checked the specific charger does charge other devices just not my A30

Please take the device to the service center to have it assessed by a technician.
