A24 data transfer or any type of connection through type c port

A24 data transfer or any type of connection through type c port is not working. Only it can charge through selected charger. Tried other Samsung phones and they worked right through data transfer but my a24 doesnt recognises through PC and no prompt is shown on the phone or PC. It just charges.

You need to use a data cable.
A normal charging cable won't work.
Use Samsung's cable that is given along with the phone

Sometimes it is due to driver in your PC try to download driver or updates driver for Samsung phone may be problem will solve

Already done that. Other samsung phones connect normal not mine
