Head to Settings>>Accessibility>>Hearing enhancements>>Left/Right sound balance, check if the blue circle is at the centre of the horizontal line under Phone speakers as shown in the attached screenshot. If the main speaker does not play any sound, test the speakers in Samsung Members' diagnostics tool.
