Hi Samsung Customer services 

 

Pls guide what to do.i bought new A21s 1month ago. Today all of sudden I picked up my phone to check notifications, I unlocked with finger touch it got unlocked but touch sensor on complete screen is not working..I cant even restart the phone.side keys are working only.

 

Waiting for quick response.

only one and better option is to visit service centre

bro dry your battery...and plug a charging...so wait 15 mins and power on mobile...so problem is clear....

try , updating u r software or apps , maybe an unstable app is causing that issue
