I just bought an A20s some days ago and the charging process was excellent. Upon receiving the android 10 update and going ahead with it ,the device was not able to charge as expected. It says charging but the % doesn't increase instead it decreases because of the charging animation that keeps flashing now and then...........😞😞😞
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.
2. Check connectivity Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly
