A13, don't get incoming caller id, please help

I've installed truecaller x 3 already and don't work, get messages showing a number but all incoming calls show hidden number, a real frustration, can anyone assist

Activate your caller line identification with your network provider

Everything is activated with my network still receiving calls as unknown numbers
