Guys help please! My phone's storage isn't showing on pc and I've tried using different cables and it still don't work.. what could be the solution? But everything is fine with my pc..

Sometimes you need to enable USB debugging mode under developer options for it to show up on pc.

Does anything pop up on your phone when you plug it into your pc? Sometimes you may get a popup asking which mode you would like to use. I think one is something like transfer mode. Else it may just be in charging mode.

Difficult to say without being able to see.

Try to wipe your USB port using sterile alcohol or methyl spirit. Check that your system is up-to-date... if there's any pending update, install it. Then, plug your device into the PC, and you will immediately get a pop-up on your phone asking you to allow file access, then press allow.
If you don't get the pop-up after connecting your phone, swipe down to get the notification panel, tap on the charging notification to change USB mode, and then select file transfer.

You get different cables. Some are just for charging your phone, and some are for data transfer and charging.

The cables you have might only be for charging. Do you have the one that came in your phone box
