A10s software update Installation failure

I need help. After downloading my recent software update, it refused to install. I did this for five times and it kept saying 'failed to install update'. And its my first time the phone has done this. #A10s

Please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

My phone Samsung  a10s, shut down on me and the only thing on it is ,installing system update,  for 3 days now and I have all my baby pics contact numbers and all ,please help me with this phone
