A10s slower after updating

Ever since the new update, my phone became slow and my apps keep crashing, even as I'm typing this the phone is lagging, I have to restart the phone every time I want to use the Hotspot it's very very very very annoying! How do I get back to Android 10?

Tried on a previous phone and it worked perfectly just have to download the firmware for A10s
