On my Galaxy A07, the proximity sensor turns the screen off when I make a call through the Phone app and hold it to my ear. However, after I move it away from my ear, the screen stays off and doesn't turn back on untill i press the power button. Interestingly, it works perfectly fine during WhatsApp calls.

 I report this bug 3 weeks ago but samsung not resolved this issue in December update, i am very disappointed from samsung support.

Agar hardware issue hota Tu what's app mai b masla hota

Same screen blank issue is. In my Samsung A07.and I have to disconnect call Via power button.but in WhatsApp scream automatically awake when I take away from face.i am very disappointed.i think its a software issue
