That’s actually pretty common — when you use your phone in short bursts, background apps and network activity (like syncing, notifications, etc.) drain more power than screen usage. Continuous use often looks better on screen-on time.
Keep Adaptive Battery on, and try turning off Auto Sync or putting unused apps to Deep Sleep under Battery and Device Care → Background usage limits. After a week or two, the system usually optimizes and battery life stabilizes.
Yes bro thanks I'm doing this already tuned off sync and most of the apps are in deep sleep I'm hoping it will be battery in few days as system maybe still learning my usage .😊
