After alot of my explanation samsung still not giving any response now I saw that also youtube videos skips frames on 480p and volume panel lags animations on android 13 waere perfect they made one ui home animations worse what samsung wanna get from us by doing these cheap business tactics 

Shame on you

AND DONT EVEN DARE TO ASK FOR LOG FILE FOR THIS

Bro you can fix the animation in a way , turn on developer mode, tap on about phone then software information and then tap on build number for 4-5 times. Now at the last of main settings, you'll see developer mode has been enabled. Go to the "Drawing" section and you'll find 3 settings "window animation scale" , set that on 0.5x (as shown in SS) , and like that put "transition animation scale " and "animator duration scale" to 0.5x in same way. I'm using galaxy m55 don't sure if it will work , but try that it may solve the issue.
