I Don't know if it's happening to your or not but my phone display is flickering slightly when I am turning off my phone or plugging the headphones 
Into the headphone jack, please tell the solution if you have some ..................

If you have a phone warranty, get it checked at Samsung Care first.

Hi Circle,

Did you try the device in Safe mode to check if any running 3rd party app is causing the issue.

Is it possible if you can share some screnshot. It could be a minor damage on display if it has fallen or water droplets on the device also cause such issue.

The last thing you can try is to Factory Reset the device and needless to say do backup before you start the Reset. It might not solve the problem but you would get to know that it is the Hardware issue and then you can reach out to the nearest repair stores.
