A Series Charge Reducing Faster

whenever the charge reaching 15 percentage, less than a couple of seconds it is getting power off, charge percentage reducing like countdown timer on screen. It is happening regularly. Can anyone clear this issue for my friend actually.

It's not an issue actually. The phone has been used since long so the battery has bone-weary, need to install a new battery to fix the issue

Try charging with the device powered off upto 85%.
